Wetsuit thickness depends on water temperature and activity level:

• 2-3mm: Ideal for warm water (18°C+) and summer use
• 5mm: Best for cooler conditions (12-18°C)
• Winter wetsuits: Designed for cold water (below 12°C) with added insulation

Yes! We include detailed sizing guides with every wetsuit order. For specific brand sizing queries, please contact our customer service team who can provide brand-specific measurement charts.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, hassle-free transactions.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

Orders can typically be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once your order enters processing (usually within 1-2 business days), changes may not be possible.

We offer two reliable shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Fast & Tracked via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (up to 3 days during peak season September-January).

We ship globally with some exceptions:

• Most Asian countries (due to import restrictions)
• Certain remote islands and territories
• Countries under trade embargoes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping (EMS), basic tracking is available.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

• 5 business days for inspection
• Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We recommend carefully consulting our sizing guides before ordering. If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we’ll send the replacement once we receive the original item.
