Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Trackable service with regular updates
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once the hygiene seal has been broken:
- Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats
- Children’s Sun Suits
- Kids Rash Guards/Vests
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our London address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping service.
- Wait for Processing: We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on our wetsuits or rash guards:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including our premium Gul, Mystic, or Magic Marine wetsuits):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- You’ll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)
